Abstract

Poster met onderzoeksinformatie. In het “Input-output project” wordt onderzocht hoe met minder substraat/m2 minstens evenveel champignons geproduceerd kunnen worden. Daarvoor is eerst de efficiëntie van de huidige teelt nauwkeurig in kaart gebracht.
