Abstract
LVVN asked WUR to provide more insight and clarification regarding the feasibility of KPI scores for dairy farms. The study was limited to ammonia emissions (4 KPIs) and greenhouse gases (5 KPIs). Five model studies and practical data from the BIN and Netwerk Praktijkbedrijven were used. The reduction potential for management measures alone for NH3 is between 24 and 41%. For greenhouse gases, this is 12-24%. Depending on the chosen KPI. Reduction when adding stable innovation 23 to 56% (NH3) and <0 to 40% for greenhouse gases.
