Research output: Non-textual formSoftware

Abstract

Genome-scale metabolic models of gut commensals Megaspahera MJR8396C and Bifidobacterium adolescentis ATCC 15703 and in-silico co-colture modelling to study their cooperative metabolism in the context of obesity. The folder includes the related codes to simulate monoculture and co-culture experiments in-silico and the derived results in jpeg format.
