Abstract

Four populations of P. paracuminatus from Ukraine are described from studies by light and scanning electron microscopy. Special attention is given to the description of the male external sexual characters, which are studied using scanning electron microscope for the first time in the genus. The terminology of some sexual characters are discussed as well as the possibilities of sexual reproduction in species of Plectus.
