Abstract

This repo archives the source code for the HyPE model cited in three papers linked below. The latest version of the HyPE model with detailed documentation can be found in the Git repository. Ready to use input data required to run the model are available at another Zenodo link. Hydropower potential portfolios output by the model are available for download at the ICIMOD Regional Database system, separately for historical and future scenarios. Interactive outputs are also available for viewing in the Indus Knowledge Partnership Platform and the storymap.
