Sociale impact van de landbouwtransitie

This study explores the variety of social impacts the agricultural transition has on those directly involved (farmers, farmers’ families and farming communities) and how they experience those impacts. The various social consequences experienced by farmers is outlined in a ‘social impact palette'. This palette has five dimensions: (1) existential, (2) psychological, (3) behavioural, (4) physical environment and (5) process. Each dimension is elucidated further in various facets and illustrations from the interviews.
