Abstract
The creation of an Alaska prototye for the Arctic Vegetation Archive is underway. A survey of key vegetation-plot data fom Arctic Alaska is complete. The vegetation-plot, or releve, data that are appropriate for classification and analysis using the Braun-Blanquet approach were obtained directly from the author, or from literature, and are now nearly all digitized (Table 1).
