abstract = "The project PERCATECH is about securing the production of perch juveniles. A key element of securing juvenile production is a sufficiently low cost price to enable the hatchery to operate economically sustainable. Juvenile production is not secure unless hatcheries are economically sustainable. Therefore the financial aspects of juvenile perch production are as important as the technical and biological aspects. An important aspect of this project on securing juvenile production is therefore the evaluation of the cost price of the current hatcheries.",
