Abstract

A process for converting tryptophan into kynurenine. Theconversion of tryptophan into kynurenine is carried out by irradiating a substance comprising tryptophan with electromagnetic radiationcomprising waves withwavelength in the range of 10 nanometer to 750 nanometer.
