Research output: Book/ReportReportProfessional

At EU-level there are no specific regulations for organic rearing hens. Therefore the different countries use different interpretations of the rules that do exist. However, not only the rules vary per country, but also the way the rearing is being organised in the different countries. From a study group of Dutch organic pullet rearers the question came about the rules and the organisational structure of the rearing in the countries surrounding the Netherlands. A questionnaire was made and send to some members of the international network of the author in 7 countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, England, France, Austria and Switzerland
