Abstract
Transport in Nederland zonder een druppel fossiele brandstof ? Is dat in de 21ste eeuw haalbaar? De Europese Unie heeft als doelstelling dat in 2010 5,75 % van de transportbrandstoffen uit biomassa afkomstig moet zijn. In Nederland is geen ruimte voor de verbouw van koolzaad en zonnebloemen, wel liggen er kansen voor de verwerking van cellulosegewassen. Alleen: de omzetting van hout en gras in brandstof is nog een lastig probleem
