    Abstract

    Optimale inzet van informatie en kennis is cruciaal bij voedselproductie en verwerking. Het ontsluiten van informatiebronnen via het web en het bouwen van kennisintensieve webapplicaties wordt steeds belangrijker in de voedingsmiddelensector. De groep Information Management van Wageningen UR past Semantische-Webtechnologie toe in deze bedrijfstak. Enkele voorbeelden worden besproken in dit artikel
