Onderzoek naar verbeterpunten voor combi-luchtwassers in de praktijk

In this study, research was conducted at a number of pig houses locations into improving ammonia and odor removal efficiencies of combi air scrubbers. First, based on the existing situation, it was determined which possible technical improvements could be applied to these air scrubbers. These improvements were then implemented, after which the effect of the adjustments on the removal rates was measured. The technical improvements were especially effective for improving the ammonia removal rate. The information obtained from this research can be used to improve the efficiency of current combi air scrubbers on pig houses.
