Abstract

Multifunctional agriculture is a new paradigm in agriculture that combines agricultural production with one or more societal functions, such as nature management, recreation, care, education, product processing and sale, etc. The scientific relevance of this study entails the generation of knowledge on system innovation related problems in cross sector entrepreneurship. Research on this topic is rather new. In addition the study offers some practical clues for addressing and tackling these problems. The market will consist of multifunctional entrepreneurs, policy makers, other relevant stakeholders and end-users
