More insight on effect of temperature needed for optimal control: Production lost when 24-hour mean too high for too long

Almost all processes in the plant are dependent on temperature. But they all have a different optimum. Photosynthesis for example is sensitive to temperature than the distribution of assimilates in the plant. Therefore the temperature settings need to be managed.
