This report is part of a larger project, aiming to pilot and scale innovative approaches within the food systems of Benin, Mali and Burkina Faso to improve consumption of safe vegetables. A consumer survey was done to obtain insights into consumers’ perceptions of accessibility, acceptability and safety of vegetables in Benin, Mali, and Burkina Faso. This report describes the methodologies of these consumers surveys.
