Methodiek formaliseren expertoordeel maatregelpakketten ten gunste van biodiversiteitsdoelstellingen

The Interministerial Policy Review (IBO) Biodiversity explored current policy and alternative policy options (also known as sets of measures) in terms of achieving biodiversity objectives. The aim is to contribute to effective policy development in favor of biodiversity. This exploration was conducted partly on the basis of expert opinion on the measure sets, as provided in two separate sessions in March and May 2023. This report describes the methodology used to formalize this expert judgment, as well as the outcome.
