Measuring economic efficiency with incomplete price information

Abstract

The computation of upper and lower bounds for economic efficiency when incomplete price information is available was discussed. The identification and correction of technical error associated with lower bound was presented. A revised algorithm for the empirical estimator for the lower bound was also presented.
