Measuring consumer responses to biodiversity-positive foods

Research output: Non-textual formDigital or Visual Products

Abstract

How does the consumer feel about food produced through strip cropping? By measuring not only beliefs and perceptions, but also heart rate and sweat reflexes, WUR researchers gather data on consumer responses to food that is produced in a more biodiversity-friendly way. This data will be used to support the producers to market their products more effectively.
