Abstract

Food consumption is a fundamental practice for the subsistence of human beings. From ancient times, the consumption of foods was based on hunting and harvesting fruits and vegetables. However, several social, cultural, political, and industrial breakthroughs and practices have modified our diet and eating habits over time.
