Abstract
De aanwijzing van Zuid-Limburg als nationaal landschap is een erkenning van de grote kwaliteiten van dit gebied. Het Grensmaasgebied, landschapspark De Graven, landschapspark Susteren en Heuvelland vormen samen het Nationaal Landschap Zuid-Limburg. Vooruitlopend op deze aanwijzing startte de provincie in 2004 een samenwerkingsproject met Wageningen Universiteit voor het opstellen van deze landschapsvisie
