Dynamic description of ion desorption from the surface of interacting colloid particles during the elementary act of coagulation was introduced into the calculation of colloid particle interaction energy. An equation of the dynamics of ion desorption from the surface of approaching to one another and interacting colloid particles has been derived. The analysis of this equation allows one to propose a classification of the interaction modes including the interaction with a permanent charge, with the quasiequilibrium process of adsorption, and the ''transition'' mode. The quantitative criteria describing the conditions of slow coagulation in the permanent charge or quasiequilibrium mode have been obtained.
