Kijk je naar mbo-niveau dan studeert in Europa daarvan zo’n 3,8% af in een landbouwrichting. Hoogleraar Educatie en Competentie Studies van Wageningen Universiteit Martin Mulder bekeek behalve cijfers over onderwijs, ook gegevens over arbeid. Zijn conclusie: de EU moet om de agrifood-sector te innoveren, intensiever samenwerken
