Abstract
Gras bestaat uit waardevolle componenten, die behalve in de diervoeding ook voor andere doeleinden gebruikt kunnen worden. Grassa! experimenteert sinds 2009 met het raffineren van gras. Raffinage van gras bestaat uit een intensieve kneuzing van het gras gevolgd door uitpersen. Is grasraffinage alleen interessant om grondstoffen te maken voor industrieel gebruik of biedt het ook kansen voor de veehouderij zelf?
