Abstract
Harvesting gerberas is labour-intensive and qualified personnel is becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. Together with the Dutch crop cooperative gerbera, Wageningen University & Research's Agro Food Robotics programme have created a prototype for a harvesting robot that can largely replace humans.
