Which factors determine the level and distribution of genetic diversity in fragmented populations, and how are these affected by increased temperature and weather variability? METAPHOR, a stochastic, spatially explicit, individual-based simulation model for demography of fragmented populations, will be extended with a genetic module to explore these research questions
