Abstract

Footpad lesions in broiler chickens are caused by wet and sticky litter. Wet and sticky litter can be caused by many factors and the strategy to prevent this may vary from farm to farm. This flyer lists various measures that can be taken to prevent footpad lesions on the broiler farm.
