Abstract

This document presents updated or newly constructed farm household typologies in each of the NATAE Living Labs. General descriptions of production systems in Northern Africa are available, but are not developed to study the potential for the adoption of agroecological practices. In some localities in Northern Africa, farm typologies that address the uptake of (agroecological) practices are available, but differ in production constraints encountered in the NATAE LL, and/or are outdated. Updated or newly constructed farm typologies are hence needed to study the uptake of agroecological practices, e.g. during participatory workshops or with modelling tools.
