Effects of Dutch mineral policies on land prices.

Research output: Contribution to journalArticleProfessional

Abstract

Land prices were analyzed by shadow prices of individual
farms and an exogenous supply of land,
taking account of mineral surplus taxes and farm
characteristics. Mineral policies have a substantial
effect on land prices in the Netherlands and result
in more extensive dairy farming.
