Dijkgraslandbeheer in West-Brabant; integraal advies voor optimale afstemming van erosiebestendigheid, natuurwaarde en agrarisch gebruik

Optimization of dike - grassland management is studied in West-Brabant . The main aim of the management is the prevention of erosion, but functions for agriculture and nature conservation are also taken into account. The whole dike strech (Bergen op Zoom - Waalwijk) is judged in respect to its solidity and its actual and potential nature quality. Moreover, the suitability of several methods of management to fit in agricultural business is assessed. The economic possibilities of adapted agricultural management are explored. An advice for management is given per dike section after judging all data.
