Abstract

In this report the method for the okadaic acid determination has been investigated on basis of the methad of Lee et al. (1987). The derivatisation was investigated with the same reagent, prepared with an in situ method , that presents some advantages. The use of an internal standard was developed and the conditions of extraction were examined.
