    This report looks at the possibilities and pre-conditions involved in marketing sustainability within the organic dairy chain. For this purpose, the potential of various sustainability concepts in and around the organic sector are explored to see how they could be used in the organic dairy sector. Proposals and ideas for this purpose have been specifically elaborated for 'Demeter-zuivel' and the 'Boerenfairmelk' initiative.
