    Abstract

    This report was commissioned by the province of Zuid-Holland (South Holland) and examines the current structural situation in land-based farming in Zuid-Holland, as well as the developments which have appeared over the past ten years. In addition it describes the economic significance of the land-based agro-complex, and attention is devoted to a number of developments in the land market.
