Abstract

This report evaluates ways to entice consumers to make healthier choices in the supermarket. To this end, we tested a marketing and remarketing strategy focused on a meal bundle. The meal bundle combined the products of the participating partners to create a tasty and healthy evening meal that was quick and easy to prepare. This strategy was found to encourage consumers to choose healthier meals.
