Abstract

This report describes how, in WP2 of Food City Boost, the process of data collection for the purpose of analysing the social and economic impact and spill-over consequences of urban agriculture is carried out step by step. The process was carried out in co-creation with the representatives of the six Food City Boost Living Labs and resulted in five key dimensions and 20 indicators of urban agriculture. The report also discusses how the data collection will be carried out in the Living Labs. Finally, it also discusses the significance and limitations of this mode of data collection.
