The results of WP1.4 will contribute to the innovativeness of European fruit supply chains by providing an overview of successful supply chain management practices and by formulating recommendations and critical success factors for chains in the European fruit industry and their individual members. As determined by the project annex of ISAfruit, this deliverable (D1.4.1) gives the results of a review of major scientific publications on consumer driven, innovative, and cost efficient fruit$supply chains and critical success factors for chain performance.
