    Abstract

    Measurement of the competiteveness of the pork sector at country and sector levels using a methodology based on statistical sources. The measurement comprises all links in the chain from the producer up to and including the consumer. The study compares the Netherlands with other important EU member states, including the major producing countries (Denmark, Germany, Spain and Belgium) and the major markets (Germany, United Kingdom and Italy).
