Abstract
This business plan has been prepared for local entrepreneurs who would like to expand/start their business portfolio and are looking for an opportunity of investment in the agricultural sector in the Zambezi Valley in Mozambique. We propose the creation of two small-scale processing industries (can be financed separately) for potato in the region of Tete. One is dedicated to frozen French fries and the second industry is designed to process potatoes into chips.
