Abstract
This business plan focuses on the establishment of a poultry feed factory, one of the essential elements of a sustainable and profitable poultry meat value chain. There is a growing demand for poultry meat in the Tete Province, and currently a large part of the consumed broilers come from other parts of the country or are imported from Brazil. For this business plan, Tete province was selected as a case study from the ZVDA operational area.
