    Abstract

    This business case is part of the co-creation track of the NWO-CCAFS research project “Climate-Smart Financial Diaries for Scaling in the Nyando Basin, Kenya”. The business case consist of two tracks: 1. could Nyando farmers produce sorghum as a cash crop? Possibly combined with aggregating sorghum through CBO storage. And 2. is it feasible to establish a flour mill to process and market sorghum from Nyando and other production regions?
