This report describes the results of Task 3 Promising measures to decreasing N losses from EU agriculture. The aim of Task 3 was (i) to identify a list of most promising measures to decrease N emissions and to make an in-depth assessment of the costs of these measures, using the models CAPRI and MITERRA-EUROPE
