Abstract

An analysis method and a compound consisting of a hippuric acid derivative for testing for any growth promoters, particularly beta-agonists, as well as beta-antagonists, that may be present in a fraudulent urine, meat or blood sample from an animal or human. A filling material is thus provided for carrying out the analysis method during meat and doping tests. In formula (I), R6 is NH2, OH, CONH2 or SO2NH2; R7 and/or R8 are Cl, BL, OH, CH2OH, CF3, NO2 or F; R9 is C2-6 alkyl, C7-9 alkylaryl, CH2OH, CH2SH, (CH2)nSMe, (CH2)nCONH2, (CH2)nCOOH, (a), (b) and (c); and Y is CO or SO2.
