    Abstract

    In 2005/2006, an assessment took place to see whether ammonia emissions could be reduced through selfregulation. Milk urea was chosen as the indicator for this. Dairy farmers were thus asked about their own ambitions, driving for ces and strengths. A self-made and chosen business plan based on one's own situation and encouragement for one's own search process form part of that motivation
