Abstract
Combining chemical analysis of herbivore oviposition-induced plant volatiles with preference-performance assays reveals that parasitoid wasps effectively use these compounds in long-distance host location and quality assessment. These findings provide insights into insect–plant interactions, highlighting potential innovative biocontrol strategies.
