WMG Task 1 Value Creation (KB-33-003-011, KB-33-000-011)

In this context, value creation is related to the development, access and application of models. The intended results are: an increased awareness of the value (provision) of WR's range of models in all layers of the organisation, with the intended effect of a better return (value for money) in the broad sense of the word and reduced harm risk: (1) financial (2) societal (3) scientific and (4) as organisation capital. 

Within this task, focus is given to making models more widely available to the outside world (e.g. open source, IPR,  infrastructure to make models available), guidelines to determine which models are of strategic importance and require (which) investment, and dealing with legal issues in model use and application. The implementation of these concepts in the organisation is the key result of this task.
