The Animal law contains many open standard, which are difficult to enforce. A project team of the Ministry will concretize these open standards to facilitate enforcement. Policy makers and enforcers will prioritize thes open standards and subsequently concretized with scientist. Wageningen Livestock Research will provide the scientific knowledge. The working method is now roughly described and will become more precize after preparation within the Ministry and with scientific experts.
