Description
The objective of the project is to get a handle on monitoring with geodata. How can real changes be distinguished from non-real changes? How to deal with changes caused by geometrical and / or semantic imperfections in the source data. Is it possible to identify the cause of these non-real changes and to quantify ttem. And what are the ways to avoid these non-real changes and can they be eliminated.
