Project Details
Description
The project will investigate together with WU-HNE the role of flavour and texture in food pleasure, liking and satiation among young children after single and repeated exposure. The results will lead to new insights for the formulation of healthier food products that are tasty and have a high satiation value in order to lower the risk of overconsumption, which will enhance healthy eating among young children.
