Tuinbouw Digitaal doorloop (BO-23.06-001-003, BO-12.06-001-029)

The innovation programme 'A SMARTER Greenport' focuses on the development of a sectoral knowledge centre for development, application and valorisation of innovative information and communication technology in the Dutch Horticultural Supply Chain. The aim is to get and to keep available standards for electronic messaging, coding, labels etc. for the horticultural chain, which are based on international standards. The sectoral knowledge centre is created in the form of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), in which the companies are involved through the cooperation of Frug I Com, Floricode, EDIbulb and VGB. The horticulture industry is committed to strengthening the existing cooperation with R & D institutes through this innovation programme.
