Project Details
Description
This project research provides an insight in cyanobacterial occurrence, their toxin production and toxicity in southern Vietnam. Warming climate and seawater intrusion can prompt growth of tropical cyanobacteria but the toxin content per cell quota will be reduced. The overall toxicity of a bloom in situ may be reduced in a warmer climate and seawater intrusion.
